Shadow and Light
3rd - 4th May (two day workshop)
For ages 18+
Duration: 10am - 5pm
There is more to shadows than shadow puppets. Explore the world of shadows and light through a variety of different techniques and media in this hands-on two day workshop with Steve Tiplady, using overhead projectors, L.E.Ds and special shadow lights. A rare opportunity to work with this master shadow maker.
Over the weekend you will discover the magic of shadows, get to use and experiment with the equipment and create a performance by the end of the weekend.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with Steve Tiplady who has been at the forefront of the medium for 30 years and created many shadow performances and puppetry works.
