Plan your visit

Roll up! Roll up! Take your seats for the smallest circus in town.

George the ringmaster has quite the challenge on their hands. The circus isn’t quite what it once was but even still, George has curated a programme of acts more bedazzling than ever.

But first they must make sure all of the acts are ready to razzle-dazzle. Where on earth is Flop? And why is Smelly Dog making all that fuss?

Join Little Angel’s Miniature Travelling Circus and be delighted by beautiful puppets, nostalgic magic tricks and acts so tiny you may wonder how you can possibly see them! From performing mice to acrobatic fleas – this circus has stars you won’t see anywhere else!

Age guidance

Little Angel Theatre’s Miniature Travelling Circus is aimed at ages 2-5. Our shows for this age group are lively but gentle, with simple stories and appealing characters. Small children are kept engaged with visual wonders and effective use of music and language.

How will we be seated?

This show has standard theatre seating – rows of benches facing the stage. There will be up to 90 people watching the show (sometimes more if you come when there are school groups).

Should I bring a child under two?

All ages are welcome at our shows and age ranges can only be a rough guide, but please bear in mind that The Miniature Travelling Circus was not specially designed for under-twos. A show aimed at babies would have some differences – those shows are carefully made to hold their attention for the duration, and not to be unsettling for them.

What can I use to prepare my child or help decide if the show is right for them?

A visual story and a trailer for the show will be available soon.
