Wording for your Will NB. As LAT is a registered charity, no inheritance tax is payable on the amount of your gift. As of 2013, if you leave 10% or more of your residuary estate to charity, this will reduce the rate of inheritance tax from 40% to 36% charged to the taxable beneficiaries.
