Wild Wonderland
“Curiouser and curiouser”

Do you love drama, craft or storytelling? Come and work with us for 5 days and make a play – with a difference!

Join Molly and Hattie from Smoking Apples theatre company to create your own puppetry performance in a week. Inspired by Alice and her experience in Wonderland you will devise together as a puppetry company to create a production for your family and friends. You will have the chance to design and make puppets for the show and learn to manipulate some of the Little Angel Theatre’s professional puppets, all to be part of a new tale of wonder.

Smoking Apples have lead Spectrum Youth Theatre at the Little Angel for the last two years. They have previously delivered puppetry workshops for the National Youth Theatre, the British Film Institute Summer School, the Globe Youth Theatre and Rose Bruford College. They are currently on tour with their shows CELL and In Our Hands, and are producing a new show, Flux, which will premiere in March 2018.

The two age groups will work side by side and together on occasion and will perform together at the end of the week. Friends and family are invited to see the show at 4pm on Friday 28th July
