When do you collect tickets?

Tickets are not posted.

For shows at Little Angel Theatre (Dagmar Passage), the foyer opens for ticket collection 30 minutes before the performance. Tickets may also be collected in advance (within box office hours), but we recommend that you leave them with us until the day.

For shows at Little Angel Studios (Sebbon Street), reusable passes are issued on the door, so tickets may not be collected in advance.

When should you arrive for a show?

For shows at Little Angel Theatre (Dagmar Passage), the doors to the theatre foyer open 30 minutes before the show, and the doors to the auditorium open 20 minutes before the show.

For shows at Little Angel Studios (Sebbon Street), opening times vary, but you will receive a pre-show email with more info before the day. Please note there is no need to go via the Theatre box office – tickets will be on the door at the Studios.

How does unreserved seating work?

Whilst we do our very best to ensure that those who arrive first get first choice of seating, sometimes this might be difficult (for example when school groups make up a large proportion of the audience). It is our priority to make sure that everyone has a good view of the stage, especially the children, so on occasion our ushers may ask you to move along or swap seats to ensure good sightlines. We appreciate your understanding and help in ensuring that everyone in the audience has an enjoyable experience.

What do you need to collect tickets?

Your email confirmation, order number, payment card, or billing postcode, can all be used to collect tickets.

Can someone else collect your tickets?

We can’t change the name on a booking once it has been made, but someone else can collect the tickets as long as they have one of the things listed above.

Can you ever return or exchange tickets?

If a performance or workshop is sold out and we are able to resell your tickets to someone on the waiting list, we can refund you or move your tickets to another performance. Call box office on 0207 226 1787 if you have tickets that you would like us to try reselling. Please note that there is never any guarantee that tickets can be resold, and that we cannot try to resell tickets that have already been collected.

Is there any way to buy tickets if an event is sold out?

We do keep waiting lists for sold out performances and events. You can join a waiting list by calling box office on 020 7226 1787. Please note that if tickets become available for resale, we call the phone numbers on the waiting list, but if the call is not answered we do not leave messages or hold tickets.
We do not recommend that you come to the theatre hoping for tickets to be returned before the show starts.
